First Course


Carrot and spring garlic soup with lamb sausage and fava beans

Insalata Mista

Organic mixed local green salad with cherry tomatoes, balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil dressing

Insalata di Radicchio

Salad of radicchio and Bartlett pears with imported Gorgonzola cheese terrine and toasted walnuts

Prosciutto di Parma

Imported Parma ham with Buffalo Mozzarella, Marcona almonds and pearl onions



Housemade whole wheat square spaghetti with tomato sauce and cherry tomatoes


Cacio e Pepe

Fettuccini with Roman sheep's milk cheese, black pepper and Parmesan



Carrot flavored pappardelle with a rabbit ragu in a white wine sauce and fresh thyme
Second Course


Ravioli filled with roasted veal, prosciutto and pistachio mortadella with a red wine reduction, butter, fresh sage and Parmesan cheese

Gnocchi al Nero

Black ink potato gnocchi with crab meat ragu, artichokes, sea urchin and bottarga


Risotto with Grana Padano "Levante" with ramp pesto and Brussels sprout leaves

Branzino dell' Atlantico

Roasted Atlantic rockfish with sauteed spinach, asparagus puree and fresh herb olive oil

Pesce alla Griglia

Daily selection of available grilled fish served with Chef’s selection of organic vegetables

Filetto di Maiale

Pork tenderloin in a wild mushroom crust with braised lentils, sauteed spinach and Marsala wine reduction


Lamb meatballs with Porcini mushrooms, yellow soft polenta in a lightly spicy tomato sauce
